Re: Data and cell service not working in Finland
It is an issue with the 3rd party provider for roaming in Europe. ATT, Verizon, and TMo have all lost roaming internationally. https://www.cnn.com/2024/06/27/business/att-verizon-tmobile-mobile-outage-international/index.html16Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Why no deals for long time customers?
The only way T Mo can afford to give away devices is to get more customers/revenue, i.e. lines. Several of you say you already have all the lines you want or need. So the only other way to expand customer base is for TMo to lure customers from other carriers with free stuff. Check it out, the competition is doing the same thing.3Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Iphone 16 Pro Battery issue
This has generated a lot of discussion on the Apple community board. There are probably 40-50 people with the same complaint. But this is a tiny number of the total of 16's sold in the past month. I have no problem with battery life (42% after 48 hours), so I believe it is an issue with some app on the phone. There are a lot of suggestion on the Apple site, which sometimes work and sometimes don't. One I would try, If it were me, is to backup the phone, do a factory reset, and then set up the phone as new from the backup. Another person said deleting the calendar app fixed their issue. Just too many variables to pin it down to one problem. When you go to setting>battery, what app does it show as the top battery user?18Visto1like0ComentariosRe: phone doesn't charge or turn on
I had a similar issue with my wife's phone; it appeared to have died. I had AppleCare and the first thing they had me do was a hard reset. Hold the power and home buttons at the same time until the apple logo appears....5-10 seconds. Since your battery is so low, have it plugged in when you try. After the reset, it worked fine. I hope that fixes your issue for you.17Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Internation Service
All 3 major carriers have lost roaming service in Europe. It has to do with a third party company that coordinates the roaming. Nothing TMo can do (or Verizon or ATT). https://www.cnn.com/2024/06/27/business/att-verizon-tmobile-mobile-outage-international/index.html3Visto1like0Comentarios
