Disgruntled long time Tmobile customer....
Like many of you all, I have been with Tmobile for a long time... since the go phone, talk after 8pm free days. I seen an offer that was for "existing customers" that have those new more costly go5 plans or whatever they are called... and tried to get the 24S+ Samsung deal, and was told it was for premium plan customers.... so because I decided to grandfather my plan into whatever they have going on now, I don't get any decent deals! Like the rest of you all... I done had it! Being a loyal customer gets you nothing these days. On top of that the customer service is piss poor... some of the foreigners don't really understand 😕 what your asking for, and they end up repeating the same ish over and over... anyone available to suggest of phone company carriers and their experiences? For sure really close to jumping ship...
Cambria/San Simeon CA 2025
It appears that TMobile has upgraded service in Cambria, CA from last year. N41 100+90, n66 20x20, n25 15x15 and n71 . Performance is now giving me +2600Mbps. That being said, coverage is still awful, giving the town effectively a hotspot. On that note, range did increase by about 100 years, and the grocery store now has service outdoors and indoors.

on the 10th of last month (Dec.) my access point quit working, tried everything along with help from T-Mobile support, had to replace it, got the new one connected and working great, now on Jan. 2 it is malfunctioning again, (less than 3 weeks) solid red light, connected to router with patch cable, several minutes later, the light turns green, so I disconnect the patch cable and it turns red and stays red, I think I have another defective one, what could be the problem?
International Roaming in Japan Stopped Working
I'm traveling in Japan. I have international data roaming included in my plan. My phone connected immediately after landing and worked fine for a couple of days. All of a sudden I cannot connect to any phone services. I'm only able to use Wifi for data and calls. Checked my settings and it seems correct. T-Mobile help line has a 2 hour wait. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.From revolutionary to stationary!
T- life? Who actually wants to live a life simulated by cell phones? Do I really need an app to inform me about a bakery in my hometown while I'm already there? That's TikTok. The plans are complicated, and the pricing isn't competitive anymore. Competitive subsidies? Yes, this is actually a thing! T-Mobile provides financing on most devices, making it easy for customers to get devices with low down payments and affordable rates-that's incentive enough! So now T-Mobile has become my dad's carrier. They might as well just finish the transformation and rename it Verizon 2.0!T-Life-Seriously?
