This method only works with iDevices switchover. Been a while… Google Jibe servers don't work well with Dual Sims. It's something Google needs to fix on their end to fix your issue. I read it somewhere on Google Forums a few months back. T-Mobile has little control on fixing it. T-Mobile can't just flip a switch on their end and fix it. What you are looking for Google would need to implement that on their end.
