How to cancel a smart watch line/number and delete any data associated with that device and account?

This my official data deletion request, for legal purposes, and I want to be explicitly clear about data deletion verification; If I cannot get verification of all data deletion associated with my inactive accounts, then I am no longer liable for any legal ramification associated with my data in T-mobile and their associates data records.
