Is there a way to block a +86 China spam calls?

I have been getting Chinese scam calls everyday (2-3x) from +86 (China country code). It has become very annoying. Is there a way to block all calls coming from +86. I am annoyed of blocking each spam number individually. I tried adding just "+86" and "+86*" (with a wildcard) on the block list and no dice. Any help is appreciated. My phone is the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

P.S. I don't wanna install 3rd party spam caller blocks. They messed up my phone before.
