network security key for T-Mobile hotspot
I am trying to use T-Mobile hotspot to setup new laptop. I am not using a router. The laptop wants the network security key. My android phone gives me the "hotspot password" but the laptop does not like that answer. I also tried admin + last four digits of both imei cards to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks

Update: I tried the hotspot on a different laptop, one that is already setup, and the password worked and connected without issue. So I guess I need to setup the laptop over a wifi network the first time, then try the hotspot.
If you are having issues with an older laptop connecting. You might want to split the WiFi network into 2.4 and 5GHz instead of having them combined.
