The N10 5G is actually a better device than the N200, sadly.
Faster CPU (Qualcomm 690 vs. 480), more RAM, stereo speakers, better cameras, video recording). The only place its a little lighter, is in battery.
OnePlus phones (8 5G, 8T are VERY fast, with a great screen…. but they have a lot of software bugs)
I don’t have any plans on purchasing a OnePlus ever again.
If you have issues with the device itself, call T-Mobile and have a warranty exchange done.
I sent mine back 3x due to OnePlus Android bugs with bluetooth on Android 11 upgrade… 10 months later, I'm exchanging this for a Samsung S21. OnePlus is awful for bug fixes… which is why they have to release them almost monthly.
