NO RING FROM VERIZON OR I PHONE? I HAVE THE ANSWER

To make a long story short. My cousin had to go to her Verizon store in MI to find the answer. When she called it went straight to voice mail but the Verizon guy figured it out and said it is a common problem with Samsung phones So here are the steps……

Download the blue head Google contacts list to your phone. You probably already have this contact list but if not go to the Google Play store and say "Google contacts".Then download. Click on the contact your having trouble with and scroll to the bottom where it says "route to voice mail". Make sure it is set to

“route to voice mail” not  “unroute to voice mail” and that is it.

I went to my local T Mobile store and the just said it was a tower problem but did check my phone after I asked him to with his and said it was a Verizon problem-NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!
