I am so unbelievably frustrated. I haven't used voicemail in years, I only get called approximately 5 times a year. and tmobile wants me to set a voicemail message… I click the notification for my new voicemail and it says "set up your voicemail box in three easy steps". mind you, I've had tmobile for ten plus years, and this phone number for at least fifteen. my voicemail is as set up as I want it to be. I can't clear this message without doing the three steps they're asking me for, which is first setting up a voicemail pin (which I've already done????) and second setting a greeting, but I don't want to have a voice message play when people get to my voicemail. obviously I don't know what the third step is because I won't do the second step. for reference I have a samsung note2039Visto0likes0ComentariosSamsung Galaxy A35
Got a new phone two days ago and to say it has been a struggle, is an understatement. I can't find where to go for assistance, such as 1) I can't figure out how to power it down/restart, and 2) I downloaded two new apps but don't see where the icons are to use the apps10Visto0likes0ComentariosUnlock SAMSUNG A71 5G from Tmobile however shows that is locked by SPRINT

S22 Ultra Randomly a couple days ago my phone dropped all service and only have 1 bar or an X for cell signal when we have 5G in our area. After talking with online tech support we went to the store for better support. Went thru all the eSim/New Sim Card troubleshooting Reset all phone/network settings. Nothing works. I not have a $1000 brick that is 6 months out of warranty! It will work fine if on wi-fi calling and if I am driving around it will randomly pick up 5G service and work great (both cell and internet) for about 5 minutes and then it drops it again. SO FRUSTRATING! We have been customers for 9 years and have 7 phones on our plan (Large family) but since my phone has a really small pixel out around the camera (an issue that I have had since owning the phone) they won't warranty it. It blows my mind that we can pay this much for phones and they have an issue that is obviously the phone and not from me dropping it or something. I've read that alot of other people have had this same issue. Has anyone ever figured out a fix? I don't have an extra $1000 to spend at Xmas time!2.2KViews0likes18ComentariosWhen moving photos from gallery to an album, they aren't deleting off gallery. When I delete from the gallery it deletes from album too.
When moving photos from gallery to an album, they aren't deleting off gallery. When I delete from gallery, it deletes from album too. I basically have duplicate photos. I dialed 611 and was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes and he said I needed to go to a store. Last time I went to the T-mobile store for a technical issue they said I had to call customer service. Google is showing this is a problem but I haven't found a resolution.34Visto0likes0ComentariosBought an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G, and have no option for Delivered, Read, or Typing in Messages. Can I flash T-Mobile firmware to it in an attempt tto get this feature back?
I got an unlocked s20+ 5g from Reebelo, and used SmartSwitch to copy EVERYTHING over from my old S10e. For a VERY brief period as SmartSwitch was doing its thing, I had delivered and read receipts on my texts in the normal Messages app. Once Smartswitch was done, that feature was gone, and the option wascompletely absent from my settings in individual messages and the Messages app. I tried a factory reset and it is still gone (did not use SmartSwitch OR Google backup OR Samsung backup). Hours of searching the interwebs for a solution has yielded no results (I have tried all the supposed fixes.) The only thing I saw that MIGHT work is someone talking about flashing the carrier's firmware to their unlocked phone. I found a tutorial on how to do this with the T-Mobile S20+ 5G firmware to my unlocked phone. My questions are: A: would this screw up my phone somehow? and B: Would this have any hope of even working to fix my read receipt/delivered options being gone from Messages? I do NOT want to use Google Messages. I hate it, and it doesn't have read receipts for SMS/MMS anyhow, and I do NOT wanna use RCS coz no one I text uses RCS so Google Messages just switches back and forth. In short, Google Messages is not an option for me. Help! I am open to ANY suggestions on how to get my delivered/read/typing options back! :) Thanks!Solved222Visto0likes2ComentariosAre Samsung backorder dates accurate?
Hey all, I ordered a Yellow ZFlip 6 on October 9th 2024, the expected shipping date said October 13th. Its October 14th and now my order says it is back ordered. I was wondering what everyone else's experience with T-Mobile backorders are like? This is a Samsung phone, so I was not expecting that this phone would be in such high demand. ¡Gracias!42Visto0likes1ComentarioOne UI has stopped working
All of a sudden my phone is no longer allowing me to use it, as I am receiving a "One UI has stopped working" message. I have reset all settings under the general management tab, and I have cleared the data under the app storage. The phone has been reset multiple times and has even been shut down for 5 minutes before restarting.37Visto0likes1Comentario
