Paid off the lastpymton all my equipmentin acct, so I unlocked my phone via settings. I'm confused with a message that keeps on popping up on my screen on my cell, and my tablet now states that my unlock has expired? Below is the pop up message: Your phone's network unlock will expire in 1 days. SIM cards from other service providers will no longer work. Can anyone help me out please. I am so unbelievably frustrated. I haven't used voicemail in years, I only get called approximately 5 times a year. and tmobile wants me to set a voicemail message… I click the notification for my new voicemail and it says "set up your voicemail box in three easy steps". mind you, I've had tmobile for ten plus years, and this phone number for at least fifteen. my voicemail is as set up as I want it to be. I can't clear this message without doing the three steps they're asking me for, which is first setting up a voicemail pin (which I've already done????) and second setting a greeting, but I don't want to have a voice message play when people get to my voicemail. obviously I don't know what the third step is because I won't do the second step. for reference I have a samsung note2039Visto0likes0ComentariosSamsung Galaxy A35
Got a new phone two days ago and to say it has been a struggle, is an understatement. I have a phone that was from Tmobile and I want to use in Peru with Peruvian Carrier. However when I introduced the new SIM a message appear "Comuniquese con SPRINT para desbloquear su dispositivo" . Tmobile said that the phone is unlocked however is lock from SPRINT think that was original from SPRINT an in the fusion Tmobile give me this phone. When I pay for review with the IMEI, the cell is clean, not in black list, no debt (Its means accomplish all requeriments that Tmobile demand for unlock a Cell). The instructions tmobile sent us to unlock is acrross settings / networks / other …However the option to unlocl definitly didn´t appear .. maybe because its blocked for Sprint. S22 Ultra Randomly a couple days ago my phone dropped all service and only have 1 bar or an X for cell signal when we have 5G in our area. After talking with online tech support we went to the store for better support. Went thru all the eSim/New Sim Card troubleshooting Reset all phone/network settings. Nothing works. I not have a $1000 brick that is 6 months out of warranty! It will work fine if on wi-fi calling and if I am driving around it will randomly pick up 5G service and work great (both cell and internet) for about 5 minutes and then it drops it again. SO FRUSTRATING! We have been customers for 9 years and have 7 phones on our plan (Large family) but since my phone has a really small pixel out around the camera (an issue that I have had since owning the phone) they won't warranty it. It blows my mind that we can pay this much for phones and they have an issue that is obviously the phone and not from me dropping it or something. Here comes the vent. about a month ago I canceled my T-Mobile account which had me and my ex-girlfriend on it I wanted to switch to Mint mobile my girlfriend stayed with T-Mobile but they made her get a new account since I was the account holder. I was told that once I pay off my phone and my ex girlfriend gets her new account then my phone would be unlocked and I would be able to take it to Mint mobile. I found out after I had already canceled my account and paid off the phone that the phone would not unlock. since I don't have an account anymore it is very hard to get verified with anyone from T-Mobile I've had to be in a T-Mobile store while talking to a T-Mobile representative on the phone so that the person in the T-Mobile store could verify that I was me and so that the person on the phone could submit a unlock request which I have done three different times!!!! this issue has been escalated three different times also. the device is a Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra and the reason code is 19 when I try to permanently unlock it on the device. T-Mobile has no answers when I'm able to get through to them but that's only if I'm at a store and talking to a rep on the phone at the same time. the device is a replacement device from Assurant which is another route that I explored for a possible problem but was assured that the IMEI should be in T-Mobile's database even though it's a replacement device. I'm running out of options I don't know what else to do I have $1,000 phone that I'm not able to use to make phone calls or use cell towers and it's so frustrating oh and I also just recently received my final bill in the mail from T-Mobile which is a negative! -$47 balance so now I'm wondering since it's not a zero balance and since T-Mobile owes me money could that be the reason that my locked. Does anyone who has read this far have any suggestions or reasons why my phone is locked? I'll be filing an FCC complaint next because they restricting me from using the device that I legally bought from them. I dialed 611 and was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes and he said I needed to go to a store. Last time I went to the T-mobile store for a technical issue they said I had to call customer service. Google is showing this is a problem but I haven't found a resolution.34Visto0likes0Comentarios
