phone receives prison call but cannot fully connect.

My Pixel 7 is fully up to date, Scam Block is OFF,, I have restarted the phone dozens of times, cleared the phone cache, everything suggested.

To accept a Securus phone call you have to press 1 to connect the call after a certain amount of seconds. The call will come into my phone but when I press 1 nothing happens. Repeatedly. 

I have tried EVERY SUGGESTION I HAVE READ to get it to connect, and my keypad works in the middle of other calls, just not from the prison.

It started after I downloaded the Securus app to my phone, but I realized this and uninstalled it cleared cache and restarted my phone. The only thing I can think is that the calls recently have been coming in through a tablet.
