prison phone calls, not coming through

Can anyone help me please? I have been dealing with not receiving phone calls from my friend in prison. This is been going on for months now. I ended up buying a new phone thinking it was my phone and it's not. I've had the spam block I've been back-and-forth with securest and T-Mobile and nothing seems to work. I need some help please or do I switch carriers Can somebody please help me this is very frustrating and my friend is thinking it's me.
