Quitting TMobile After 24 Years!
I am officially quitting this horrible network after waiting 6.5 DAYS for Customer Careto answer. I called every hour!
That's wild. I called 611 about 11:00 am on Tuesday and got right through to a nice person at the Birmingham call center who promptly answered my question. Very pleasant experience.
6 and a half days calling every single hour? now THAT...is dedication
