Disable no voice/data service notifications

These notifications would drive me nuts, too. It definitely sounds like a feature that was built into the latest update for the V20 which I can pass along feedback on. So far we haven't identified a work around for these notifications. If that changes, I'll be sure to update you.
Long pressing allows you to turn off icon badges, but not notifications themselves. Additionally, since the notifications come from "Call Services" which isn't listed in apps, there doesn't seem to be a way to turn them off through the settings menu.
