GROUP TEXT ARE NOT WORKING, NOR TEXTING TO CERTAIN CARRIERS

Call 611. tell them everyting you’ve tried, and ask for a profile reconciliation.
I called! They didn't do a reconciliation but they did do a "line reset"and it fixed the issue!! Thank you! You saved me 3 days of frustration!
