Hello, I've discovered that this phone is carrier-locked from Amazon. Could you please let me know what steps I should take to either return it or have it fixed? Thank you for your assistance. There is an outstanding amount that must be cleared before they can unlock the device. As I am currently abroad and unable to return, What should I do

Amazon just sells phone so they will not be locked by them.
