I did contact the manufacturer - they were useless. I understand t-mobile didn't make the phone, but they put their name on it. This should have meant they stand behind it and guarantee it works as advertised. They pushed it in their stores and on their website. They can't just say "oh, it's not really ours, we have nothing to do with it. "
Their NAME IS ON IT.
