since the last update i cannot group text and get "failed to download Multi-media"
I have a Galaxy S21 Ultra and since the last update I cannot group text or receive messages that are considered Multimedia. I get the "failed to download from Multi media message" how do I fix this?
you fix it by fixing your data issues you mentioned in the other thread you created. theyre both linked issues. MMS is sent/recieved using data..no data or very bad data signals=slow or failed MMS texts (which would be group texts/pic texts/extremely long winded texts.
how do i fix that? just saying they are connected does not tell me how you fix it….
contact TMO or swing into a store to see if they can figure it out. if its due to a Samsung update/security patch going wonky then it’ll be up to Samsung to fix it.
Closing this thread and looping to the other by the same original poster. Resolving the internet issues will fix the MMS issues discussed here 😁
