Website Compatibility Issue with T-Mobile.com

Hello T-Mobile community,

I've encountered an issue with my website's compatibility with T-Mobile.com, and I'm seeking assistance to resolve it. My website works well on various devices and browsers, but for some reason, it's not displaying properly when accessed through T-Mobile.com's network or devices. I've thoroughly tested my website and tried to identify the root cause, but I haven't been successful so far.

Problem: When T-Mobile users access my website through their network or T-Mobile devices, they experience layout distortions, missing elements, and overall visual inconsistencies. The website seems to load slower than usual, and in some cases, certain features or functionalities may not work as intended. Strangely, users on other networks or devices don't seem to encounter these issues.

Steps I've Taken:

  1. Cross-browser testing: I've checked my website's compatibility on multiple browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and it works perfectly on all of them.

  2. Device testing: I've tested the website on various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers, and the website looks and functions well on these devices.

  3. Network optimization: I've optimized the website's loading speed and performance, making sure that it is responsive and efficient for all users.

  4. Reached out to T-Mobile support: I contacted T-Mobile support to inquire if there were any known issues with their network or specific settings that could affect the website's compatibility, but they haven't reported any problems on their end.

Despite these efforts, the compatibility issue persists, and I'm at a loss as to what could be causing it. I value the experience of T-Mobile users visiting my website, and I want to ensure that they have the same seamless experience as users on other networks.

If anyone has encountered similar issues or has suggestions on how to address this problem, I'd be extremely grateful for your help. Your expertise and insights are highly appreciated in resolving this matter and ensuring a consistent experience for all users, regardless of their network provider.

Thank you for your time and support!

Saludos cordiales.

Everything appears to load properly and quickly, going through my T-Mobile Home Internet.

The only thing I notice that is weird, is when I click on any links, nothing happens.  I actually have to right-click, and open the link in a new tab.  This happens in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

I will be in an area supported by Xfinity tomorrow, so I will try again.
