When will the Oxygen 13.1 update for OnePlus 8T be released?
Hello there, I'm user of OnePlus 8T from T-Mobile, And I'm constantly looking for the Oxygen 13.1 update for OnePlus 8T, As It's already out by OnePlus community, I'm curious to know that there will be 13.1 Oxygen for OnePlus 8T or not?
I wouldn't expect it until September. I have no information on when the update will make it to the T-Mobile firmware, but they do seem to be at least a few months behind every since the OPPO merger and running of the company.
out for the fully unlocked devices..but unknown if they also kicked out the carrier variants yet.. did they specifically mention the TMO variant or did you just see that they release a 13.1 for the 8T?
i didnt see anything mentioned about the 8T and 13.1 for the U.S part of the forum..spotted a thread about a 8T catching on fire while charging..but that was about it.
however looking at the 8 series forum i keep seeing a green line across the screen being mentioned with 8Ts and the most recent update..since they were all posts from the last few days im going to go out on a limb and say it was due to 13.1.

The 8T isn't end of life until October 31st so there should be at least one more major update and a few security patches.

I thought that I'll also receive 13.1 update for my T-Mobile phone, Currently my phone is running 13.0 oxygen.
you have the variant for the unlocked devices then the carrier requested add ons (bloat, network requests etc) that each carrier does..main reason for the stall between the first release then the carrier variants..more back and forth needed after the fact.
now that im thinking about it that green line deal isnt the first time i remember seeing it..almost positive one of the other OP devices ran into the same thing semi recently...month or two ago i think..i just know it wasnt the 8T.
looks like it affected the 8T...9...nothing on the first page of OP10s….and a couple threads in the 11 forum about the green line syndrome...actually found one thread about lines on the 10 but they were horizontal lines across the top and not vertical top to bottom so not sure if that one should count or not lol.
