Will T-Mobile offer a phone upgrade to LG phone owners
Does anyone know if T-Mobile will offer a reasonable discount upgrade program for LG phone owners who don't trust LG phones anymore. Maybe an upgrade to a Samsung phone before we run into another "LG IMS Keeps Stopping" problem.
My wife and I have LG V30 phones. We have been with T-Mobile for many years but now worry about relying on the LG phones in an emergence. I would hate to jump to AT&T just to get a great deal on a new phone.
I've been with TMobile for 20 years and I'm happy with my Grandfathered plan. $60 a month for 2 lines of unlimited talk , text and data and I'm happy to pay for my phone than having to change plans to get the better discounts for a Samsung flag ship phone or iPhone.

Thanks. If I didn't have 2 people on my plan that owe money for their phones I would definitely leave tmobile and get new iPhone 13's for free at Verizon. T mobile doesn't care how many years I have been with them. No discounts for loyalty. Sorry too much ranting. Have a Happy Fourth!
Pixel 6. Easy upgrade process , didn't have to change plans or pay an upgrade fee.
The deal showed on their website but the store honored it
What phone did you get from best buy?
TMobile does have a free 5G upgrade that includes bill credits for 2 years.
Sign into your MyTmobile account and they should show which ones.
Also try upgrading at Best Buy. I got my phone for $150 off through them than what TMobile was offering.
馃槅 馃槅! Trust me I am in the same boat. My wife and I also both have lgv30. T mobile will do nothing to help you upgrade your phones without paying full price for a new phone. They always say add a line for a discount. I recommend you switch to Verizon and get new phones for free!
