It seems my issues are due to JOD upgrades having a problem and I've tried now five times over the 3+ hours and their systems are having issues. I've been promised callbacks but the challenge becomes I will probably get stuck in the backorder once they get the upfront order side fixed…. Ugh, another year of issues on an iPhone launch.
