So I was just told my issues is THIS year JUMP is excluding upgrades to the 16 Pro and 16 MAX, which she said was intentional and has been limited. Also told the T&C's say T-Mobile can limit the devices and it is within their right to do so……I cannot believe yet again T-Mobile is changing the end user experience and expectations and zero advance notice. I cannot get a JUMP order processed (bill is $0 balance) and they don't show the 16 Pro as a device I can JUMP to and they have no idea why. Has to be escalated and won't hear back until next week so getting up at 4:45am was for nothing due to issues for the THIRD year in a row10Visto2likes0ComentariosDoes T-Mobile have any "perk" for customers when they need me to spend a fair amount of time addressing?
T-Mobile completely screwed up my JOD iPhone 15 Pro upgrade, and they created a NEW line on my account, and applied the new iPhone 15 to that. I saw the new line come up today so I Messengered them and was told the new line was removed, however a comment was made my iPhone 14 wasn't applied as a trade-in. So I called in and sure enough because it was under the "new" line and not the actual working line, the only way to fix is to go into a store have "return" the iPhone 15 and then process a JOD against the correct line. Going to a store, standing in line, and getting the staff to understand the issue/correction is a ton OF MY TIME. I told the CS agent this, and all I got was sorry. I was really surprised I didn't get "We'll wave some payments, or whatever...". It seems my issues are due to JOD upgrades having a problem and I've tried now five times over the 3+ hours and their systems are having issues. I've been promised callbacks but the challenge becomes I will probably get stuck in the backorder once they get the upfront order side fixed….
