lost mode
I had a phone that was stolen and the person put their info in and put it in lost mode. i have insurance on this phone and when the phone was found to be in lost mode i was told its nothing that can be done. so i am stuck paying for a phone that can not be used and can not be replaced and not be taken out of lost mode with proof its my phone. please help somehow this doesnt seem at all fair and Tmobile should have alternatives in place given that these phones are expensive and obviously hot item s for theft.
they can add all the info they want..but the IMEI and such is still in the system under your account..you cant report it as stolen and then get a replacement via insurance?

How were they able to put their information into your phone? Then put it into lost mode? They would need your information in order to do this would they not? And if they have this much information about you, you have other problems you might need to address.
