Lost Iphone in Airplane mode
I left my phone on a plane in Airplane mode. I was told by Apple that T-Mobile could possibly help locate the phone using the EMEI. Can this be done ?

No idea why Apple told you that. If you have location enabled in your Apple account. You might be able to see its last location but there isn't anything T-Mobile can do to help you locate the device.

Apple is good at deflecting the blame away from them.
