Not Receiving Group Texts and Server Alarms on WiFi
When I'm connected to WiFi, I am not receiving group texts that include one Android user. Additionally, I'm not receiving web-based texts (such as server alarm notifications) when there is an issue. However, when I disable WiFi and switch to cellular data, I receive all of these messages immediately. My carrier is T-Mobile. I've tried basic troubleshooting, but the issue persists. Any advice on resolving this so that I can receive all messages over WiFi would be appreciated. ¡Gracias!

Trade in Iphone
So, I recently decided to trade in my iPhone 11 for the iPhone 14 Plus. They sent me the materials to mail it in, and I followed the instructions. The only issue I'm having is with the shipping label. I thought the label they sent was for the package, but I went to two different places, and they told me it was just my home address label. I'm not sure what to do because I need to send this phone back as soon as possible. I checked the website and found information in the contact and support section about printing a shipping label, but nothing happened when I tried to print it out. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? This is my first time doing a trade-in.
iPhone trade with Go5G Plus plan
Get up to $830 off with trade on Go5G Plus I have a question about iPhone upgrade promotion. I'm using Go5G Plus with iPhone14. I was using this plan and my phone for over a year. If I upgrade to iPhone16 with $830 creditand change my Go5G Plus plan to Basic plan after the purchase, can I still get $830 credit? Do I need to keep Go5G Plus plan after the purchase to receive the full $830 credit?
Anyone else having issues sending/receiving picture messages from Iphone to Droid?
Recently switched to Tmobile, another family member got an iphone, I had to get a Galaxy, and now we cannot send or receive picture messages from one another. I went to the store and they said " they were having tower issues" but when I called customer service it showed no issues. They suggested using a different messaging platform…I don't have time for that and my family member barely can use the messaging app let alone another thing to remember. HELP PLEASE!!
