Trade in Iphone

So, I recently decided to trade in my iPhone 11 for the iPhone 14 Plus. They sent me the materials to mail it in, and I followed the instructions. The only issue I'm having is with the shipping label. I thought the label they sent was for the package, but I went to two different places, and they told me it was just my home address label. I'm not sure what to do because I need to send this phone back as soon as possible. I checked the website and found information in the contact and support section about printing a shipping label, but nothing happened when I tried to print it out. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? This is my first time doing a trade-in.
