Re: Add external drive T-Mobile internet
I just got off the phone with May and Jake from tech-support they are taking this issue to the higher ups. I explained to them everything. But you people also have to call in to tech-support for them to be more thrilled of activating this port for drives and other uses for us customers.103Visto1like0ComentariosRe: add external drive to T-Mobile 5G Gateway (G4AR & G4SE) via USB-C LAN port

What's the next step? You also need to call in to tech-support. I just got off the phone with May and Jake from tech-support. They are going to the higher-ups to see what can be done the more people that call in the better. Writing about it on a website does nothing.104Visto1like1ComentarioRe: The USB-C LAN port is a lie.

Telling myself, "Hey! Finally a way to free up an outlet on my power strip", but no. It is a straight up lie. Not only does the USB-C port need a power source to even "boot"/"start" (Honestly not a problem, the USB-C port on my laptop is the charge port). Upon connection, all that the port does is power cycle my laptop. I even trieda USB-C to USB-Ato see if the LAN actually works. No, no it doesn't. It literally does nothing. If you don't provide power to that USB-C LAN port, that port will not even turn on. What is the point exactly? Hello, everyone! I am a T-Mobile customer that just got off the phone with may and Jake from tech-support a few minutes ago. It seems that everybody's posting stuff about this USB-C port, but yet has yet to call anyone from tech-support unlike I did, and they have no knowledge of this. I explained to them everything and they are going to the higher ups to get this feature worked on if you want this port to be working for drives and others accessories I highly recommend calling tech-support as well the more people who call to request this port to be used for drives printers, and other devices it will look better and promising for the company to actually invest in creating the software for the new update to enable this port. There's no point of coming online and writing about it because changes don't change that way. Call the company by the masses will make changes. Don't be scared to call tech-support. You are the customer you have the right to demand this part to be opened up and activatedfor devices. I bluntly told them I demand them to make this port useful!48Visto1like0Comentariost-mobile iphone ps remote play
is there a reason why I am unable to play PS Remote Play on iPhone on the T-Mobile network but android works just fine? I have iPhone 15 pro max iOS 18. It's not right for android not have to pay for VPN to use PlayStation remote play, but Apple users do on T-Mobile network! is there anyone ever going to fix this issue cause it's been years or does nobody care?180Visto0likes1Comentario
