I’ve been with T-Mobile for 20plus years and I’m so disappointed with them out of those years I should be able to call or go in a store and get a least one phone for free it saddens me to experience this kind of treatment I have 4 lines 3 of which need to be upgraded now I was told I either had to pay more for my service to get those lines for a discount or pay a certain amount per line make it make sense I don’t upgrade my lines that often but when I do I think it should be appreciated that I’ve been with the company for 20 plus years but no they can’t give me any deals now I’ve started shopping at other companies let’s see if my loyalty is better treated by someone else
The best deals of the year are just over a couple of months away. Black Friday deals are usually worth waiting for, if you can hold out that long to upgrade. Some newer plans offer bigger discounts, better promotions, and oerks. Ultimately, it sounds like sticking with plans you have would work out better in the long run even though it might cost you a little more for those uograded devices.

The plan I have are fine I don't like the fact that T-Mobile doesn't care about their customers if they did the 20 plusers they would be giving the free customer reviews but they only are about the money not the customer. Once o recover from my surgery I will start looking elsewhere
