So I was just told my issues is THIS year JUMP is excluding upgrades to the 16 Pro and 16 MAX, which she said was intentional and has been limited. Also told the T&C's say T-Mobile can limit the devices and it is within their right to do so…… I cannot believe yet again T-Mobile is changing the end user experience and expectations and zero advance notice. Not sure this is the company to stay with anymore after many years with them.
