Referral bonus
Just wondering if anyone else is having difficulty getting your referral of $50 for referring a friend. I feel I'm getting the runaround after an hour online about this. Their solution was to create a job ticket.

Yes. I have referred numerous people that have kept the service and are happy with it but getting paid for them is a whole other story. The T-Mobile referral and promotions are pretty much a joke. Good luck, I gave up.
Greetings. I also have referred several friends and have went thru the process wiht NO results. T-Mobile dows not honor any of their promotions. This is not the only promotion I have not received. Can not get anywhere with customer service.
How does my son get the referral bonus for referring me to T Mobile Internet?
