Greetings. I also have referred several friends and have went thru the process wiht NO results. T-Mobile dows not honor any of their promotions. This is not the only promotion I have not received. Can not get anywhere with customer service.

Greetings Can not connect HO 8610 Printer to Gateway network. Have tried everything. Set up wizard. HP soutions etc. Connected with ethernet etc. Was working but lost connection. Please help. thank you!

I also was told by at least 5 customer service representatives that I qualified for Lifeline program. I was approved and have sent in my application 5 times to T-Mobile. No response I have called... e-mailed.. live chat. No results. We need to file a class action suite ASAP
