simply liars

I have been a member with SPRINT for over 20yrs.  Since sprint and T-Mobile joined it has been nothing but one BIG LIE.  It seems that when you talk to the so called costumer service dept. they don't have a clue of what to say…they just read their script and tell you what they think you want to hear…..My problem is I returned a phone because it was having data problems.  Two weeks later I get a bill for $600 saying that the phone was damaged.  The costumer rep had a picture of the phone with a cracked screen, keep in mind, that the phone I sent back was because of data problems.  After looking at the pictures they sent it was not my phone. The Rep also said after 20yrs of service I would know what a cracked screen or a damaged phone is. Any way nothing is being done…..I guess I have to pay the $600 so when I leave this company I can keep my numbers I've had to over 20yrs.  Please take my advice ……..t mobile will not help you…...leave before something like this happen to you…...
