Simply poor customer service .
Short version…. upgraded my daughters phone ,from a Iphone 13 to the 15pro. Told it would take 2 to 3 billing cycle to receive credit on my bill. Started in 12/23. In 01/24 never received shipping label for phone return so called again and was issued an apology and it would be taken care of. Now it is 03/24 nothing . Called today and now being told it has been 45 days and they can not issue any type of refund or credit. Mike P. (#MTCR1652) a supervisor told me may i should sell it to a family member to be compensated. How crazy ….I have been a customer for 8 years and this is there response . I followed the procedure and called back several times.I have nevermissed a payment and have always enjoyed the service and product...keep in mindit is only about $100. trade in value. Sad …. I wish they never changed from Sprint. It is not about the money completelybut also morality and integrity issue !
