Tmobile became the worst customer service carrier since they became TMobile USA. The original TMobile customer service was not bad at all. The TMobile USA has the worst, I mean, the worst of all customer service of all any other carriers. Once you ported your numbers out of TMobile, that's it, they don't want to help you. They find all kinds of excuses not being able to help you. They keep telling you to call this and that, and when you call them, they told you to go to Store, etc. they keep bouncing you around until you give up calling or inquiring. Plus once your service is not with TMobile any longer, you loose the online access to billing in order to update the billing address for the credit proration. I don't know why people keep switching over to TMOBILE?4.6KViews21likes30ComentariosThe worst customer service

I cannot believe the gouging T Mobile has launched with major increases to an already parasitic fee for what T Mobile calls cost recovery. This is just some arbitrary slush fund that they can use in any way they want. If you have 4 lines, like I do, thats $186 per year for NOTHING. This latest increase is obscene and another slight of hand way to screw us over.1.1KViews2likes11ComentariosBait and Switch Help
How do I go about getting assistance with being Baited and Switched regarding my phone plan? In Feb of 2024 I reached out to Tmobile Text Customer Support to discuss upgrading my phones. I was very clear when asking for TOTAL BILL price from the rep. Rep said TOTAL BILL would be roughly $255. The bill has been $310 each month since. Ive called monthly to try to remedy, but never get helped. Just a $60 bill credit and told a manager would call and that never happens. ¿Qué hago a continuación?201Visto0likes3ComentariosAnyone fed-up with horrible coverage from TMobile
This is a Description of our Complaint with T-Mobile and the BBB: For the past almost 3 years we have had all of our family cell phone lines with T-Mobile. We switched over from Verizon about 3 years ago because we responded to a promotion offered by T-Mobile whereby offered much better coverage at much better prices. Turns out that their marketing in advertising campaign was misleading and inaccurate at best. From day one, the coverage and reception was below any basic level of acceptance causing phone calls in messages to drop or fail at a rate off three failed for one success. After a few months, I complained with T-Mobile, they profusely apologized and told us to be patient because they were in the process of rolling out their new 5G Network and also merging their Network with sprints, and they said that the coverage and service issues will greatly improve in a matter of weeks or a couple of months at the most. When this didn't happen, I called to request a transfer of service and they insisted that it was just a matter of time for their coverage and service to noticeably improve and they offer a nominal remporary discount to keep us from switching over. As expected, the coverage and service not only did not improve but got worse. After another 12 months have gone by and everyone in our household having being fed up with dropped calls failed messages in lack of connectivity, we have decided to switch over to another carrier. When I call T-Mobile to inquire about the process, they told me that we're free to switch over but they're going to charge us retractively rebates and fees that they have waived because we're not meeting the term of our contract. And my question to them what kind of compensation do we get for the 3 years of failing to provide the most basic service that we have been faithfully paying in full for almost 3 years. We'll know that these are tactics that these types of companies use to hold people hostage regardless of whether they are the ones at fault in causing you to leave. This should be unacceptable!35KViews60likes96ComentariosSamsung Galaxy Flip 4 5g
There seems a serious hardware issue with the Samsung Galaxy Flip 4. The idea of this phone and utility is amazing and convenient. However, after 6 months the phone hinge feature locked up and I was unable to open the phone completely. Then at nearly the same time a black spot appeared in the middle of the phone. This black spot grew quickly to cover approximately 80% of the phone screen. This rendered the phone incredible difficult to utilize. Now, I have been questioned on this phone my numerous people over the time I had this phone. I always spoke of the phonein a positive way. I've also been a big advocate of T-Mobile and the coverage and services provided. Upon bringing the now unusable phone in to the store. I was told I couldn't get the phone replaced at the store. As we all know, having phone service is incredibly phone important, imperative to many. I pay the $18 plus for the insurance. I was told I could pay $100 to get a new phone delivered Next Day Air. I was also informed that the T-Mobile employee helping stated that they are aware of the typical issue the Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 is having these known hardware failure issues. I was the informed I would need to pay $5 for a warrantied replacement. I agreed. However, I would have to wait several days to obtain a new phone. The $1000 phone I had was unusable. I'm just wondering how many people out there think it's unreasonable for T-mobile force it's customers to go without the ability to communicate, conduct business, stay in touch with family and friends on their network and not inform all the paying customers that are in possession of the Samsung Flip 4 of the rather common catastrophic hardware failure? A recall? It would appear T-Mobile and or Samsung aren't owning up to this issue. Should good loyal paying customers be subjected to this negligence? Anyone else have issues with the Samsung Galaxy Flip phones?615Visto1like4Comentarios
