STOLEN PHONE

I reported phone stolen 24 hours ago . FIled claim said accepted and phone is on the way . I paid the $275 fee to replace phone . Now im seeing I was suppose to get an email for tracking . Still have not recieved email >? NEED this phone . how do I get ahold of someone to find out when I will get phone when I dont have a phone to call out on ?
