syncing a GPS watch workout to a smartphone on T-Mobile--additional cost?
This may be a very basic question for most, but I simply want to get a GPS watch (Apple or Garmin watch) to record my runs (I don't want to run with my phone), and then sync the workout to Strava on my iphone when I get home. Does this REQUIRE cellular service to be on the GPS watch? And if not, does this incur any additional cost on my T-Mobile bill to do this?
I have a Pixel watch for the step counter and heart rate monitor. I recently canceled my wearable line and rely on Bluetooth and wireless. Once your in range of your phone it will sync with the app.
