T-Mo App gets stuck in a loop
The app prompts for my TMo-ID & Password; i enter the info and click log in. From there it gets stuck in a loop of showing "processing" and then a screen with just a spinning pink circle. It will sit...

Now that you mention it, I have a vague memory of doing the same sometime back. Hope OP will post an update. This is definitely the simplest and therefore first thing to try before getting more complicated.
By the way, I did check both T Life and T-Mobile apps earlier this morning before original reply, and both opened and logged in with Face ID without issue.
