Transferring Lines
My son and I are going to be moving off my step-dads account onto my own account. Both phones are paid off on the current plan and we will simply just be starting a new plan under my name instead of his. My question is, do both phones that will be moving over need to be present in the store or is that something that can all be done electronically?

You're going to need you and your step dad to call Tmobile for a change of responsibility since your step dad is the actual owner of the lines.

I know he has to change the responsibility; he and I are going in person tonight. I am just wanting to know if my son's phone physically needs to be there for the transfer.

If you're going to be the PAH, your son doesn't need to be there.
The last time I did a COR, I had to call in since it could not be done in the store. It could of changed so try calling the store before you leave.
