Need to send correspondence to T Mobile.
Dear T-Mobile:
I have been in contact by phone and chat for about one year regarding charges on my bill. I originally got my 5 lines which I traded devices in in order to have the credit of the device on each line. The devices were supposed to be at no charge. For whatever reason, one line was removed (1100). It may be because of TMobile assigning their original numbers and then after, they had to put them in our existing numbers that we carried over. This has been since the beginning. Also, I recall they had to adjust something along the way. It may have referenced an original account of another number. I honestly do not recall what happened. I have been in contact countless times on chat with representatives that have promised numerous times to address this issue. I have a recording of the chat that I can forward to you that shows how many times I have contacted someone. I am astonished at the promises made by each representative that to date, nothing still has been resolved. They promise to call back. They promise to give credit. They promise to send a letter, etc. I am escalating this via e-mail in the hopes that this matter can finally be addressed. If you need to look at the history of the chats, please do so, going back to April of 2023. This is unacceptable business. Please look into my account and respond with a resolve to this as soon as possible. I have been waiting so long. Is anybody out there??
