Overbilled $150 this month.馃槼馃槼馃檮馃檮

Back in the late 90s and early 2000s I was paramedic in South Atlanta for about a decade and I had t-mobile. I loved t-mobile. Couple of years ago I decided that I wasn't happy with my current cell phone company and I decided I would go back to t-mobile. Boy that was a mistake. This past month they charged me $150 more than normal and I cannot get anybody on the phone I'm not paying it and I'll probably try to find a company with their customer service Representatives inside the United states. And if I can't find one oh well guess we'll have to figure something else out I've never in my life seen as big of a disgraceful customer service department as T-Mobile. However, if you Google customer service for Verizon The Forum looks exactly like this one nobody answers the phone and everyone is unhappy. I say we all quit and find some other place to go so that we don't spend our evenings grumbling in a cell phone companies forums lol. I really do think I could think of a lot better things to do right this minute lol. I hope you all figure it out I have no clue when they're going to cut my phone off but I'm not paying it. I spoke to a customer service representative about 3 weeks ago and put all my phones and tablets on my grandchildren and myself into a family plan that should have amounted to 223 and then I got a bill for $351. I live on $1,200 a month on Social Security. I do not have hundreds of dollars to throw around. It's not really their fault though it's T-Mobile if they keep my phone on for the rest of this month it will be the last month that I have t-mobile.
