On the Magenta 55+ it says taxes and fees are included in the price $70 (with auto pay) and is locked in for life. I just got a text saying my price is going up $5/month per phone.  What happened to ...

I agree, even when I had worked for a competitor, I kept my T-Mobile service and would still recommend T-Mobile to my family rather than the competitor that I was working for at the time. I have since shifted my career into an entirely different field as I can't stand what carriers are doing to consumers any longer.
