Took money from my account without my permission
I called the customer service agent to make payment arrangements. The agent did that and said the transaction complete. Instead of the date I selected,T-Mobile used the automatic payment to take over $100.00 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION! I spoke with 4 SUPERVISORS WHO PROMISED ME TO EXPEDITE my complaint. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. It has been over a month. NO CONTACT or REFUND FOR THE MONEY THAT WAS FRAUDULENT TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT WITH T-MOBILE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM T-MOBILE! Otherwise my opinion of this company is HIGHLY UNFAVORABLE!
