55+ plan rate lock guarantee promised
I encourage everyone who was promised a 55+ rate lock for life to file a complaint with their attorney general's office. They will mail you a form. Also a complaint with the FCC. Call your local TV station many if them pursue companies not honoring their word and will fight for you. Please let's not let them get away with this fraud bring committed on us older folks.
I filed a complaint with the FCC as well as the state attorney general office.
Deceptive Advertising! This applies to the One Plans too. I agreed to pay more for a One plan because I was promised it would be price locked for life or until I changed it. They raised the prices on them too. I have already filed an FCC complaint.
