Am I allowed to change when my internet bill is due? It's due on the 26th of each month. Could I have it changed to the 1st of each month and If I can change it will I have to pay for the month of Oc...
You can also reach out to T-Mobile by sending them a DM on Facebook or Twitter/X. Payments do start processing a couple of business days before the autopay date, so take that into consideration when requesting a new billing date. The extra time on the one billing cycle, if extending out the billing date, will have some prorated charges for the extra time in between the old billing date and the new one.
