False Advertisement

After going to tmobile to replace my lost phone, the workers convinced us that if we should trade in my husband and children phones and get new ones and it's completely free. My husband asked what's the catch and they said there was none.

Now that we are trying to switch because of the big bill every month we heard that we owe on the phones. Keep in mind that there phones were new because my husband had the Google pixel 7 and my kids has phones 13 and 13+. 

Now they are telling me I owe over 2000 dollars for them falsely advertising products to get sale
