I can't pay my bill using an international credit card
Hello everyone,
I'm pleased to participate in this community.
My post is about paying my bill using my credit card, but now it isn't allowed because the bank account is not based in the US, even when the credit card is Visa. I don't understand why this happened. Even when I created my account, I made the first payment with the same (international) credit card, which worked.
I need to maintain this US number because I'm doing my master's degree studies at an American university.

You can pay your bill with your international card at your local T-Mobile store. International cards are usually not accepted online.
At this moment, I'm not in the US. According to the comment, "International cards are not accepted online," I already paid online using the same credit card to get my US number.
Is there another payment option?
You being outside of the US might be why the card isn't being accepted. T-Mobile prepaid is meant to be used by those who live in the US. However, you might want to try *233 from your device to see if you can use the card over the automated phone system. Otherwise, you can purchase a refill card from amazon.com or another US online retailer to refill your account.
