Added to Random Group Texts
Starting yesterday, I am getting a text along with 19 to 20 others that my bill has paid with a link attached. I do not open the link. I had this happen 3 different times. I block all of the conta...
Same happen to me today. Fixed by going to messages settings → Block numbers and spam → Block numbers → Conversation. Selected the Group conversation and blocked all numbers.

Can’t do that if you are using phone to run a delivery or ride share app. It will block messages that you need.
