Group messaging not going through.
As of Friday 5/31/24 my Samsung s24 Ultra stopped working for group chats.
I tried it all:
Restart,
removed sim card then restart,
messed with the mms is the Samsung messaging app,
turned off and on the rcs in the google messaging app,
cleared the data and the cache on both as well,
even factory reset the phone.
I can text individuals, I receive the group texts but my responses aren't going through. if i turn off the group messaging then reply it goes through but then everyone in the group text gets my response individually.
I've had this phone since it came out in January and this has never happened. Has anyone else run into this issue? The only thing I've done differently is the recent days in added the WhatsApp cause my wife is currently overseas in France. Could it have messed with my settings? I have deleted it already.

SOLVED: I’ve done this too but the T-Mobile tech had me do it again over the phone with him.

Tap Reset
Tap Reset Mobile Network Settings
Tap Reset Settings
Confirma el Pin
Tap RESET (phone will disconnect)
This worked for me. I am able to text in group chat again.

Ok, update. Call Tmobile and have them to "Reconcile" your profile. That worked for me, finally!!!

Thanks so much! Telling them “you need to reconcile my profile--whatever that means” and “it’s the last step in the troubleshooting” helped get them to the right place.
I waited on hold for an hour. Then the rep reset the wrong phone, called the problem phone, then when I told them they had called the problem phone, they told me that they would call me back on the right phone. They never did.
Another half hour into waiting on hold the segundo time (you go back to the end of the line if they drop you).
Finally, I got smart. I probably shouldn't tell you my secret, or everyone will do it.😉
Go onto X (Twitter). Direct Message "T-Mobile help". From my first post to problem solved--30 minutes! And with less attitude, and without T-Mobile continually playing bad (sound quality) music, telling me my call is important, and that I can take care of everything on their site. 😂
The most ironic part of waiting on hold was when the lyrics “but they’re not answering” (maybe from https://genius.com/The-rakes-when-tom-cruise-cries-lyrics?) came up, ~45 minutes in. I was lilke “No kidding!”
I should note that a supervisor called me back and apologized that I wasn’t called back, I suspect because I mentioned it on X in the DM.

This has happened to me as well. It even shows the MMS was sent to the group but no one receives it. I've tried the reset mobile network a couple of times now and it still doesn't work.

I am having this issue, too. I have reset all the network settings, like above, but it's still not working. It seems there is no group texting at all, and the only people who can get my text are Tmobile or ATT carriers. My daughter is setting next to me and has verizon - no text are going through to her. Also I can see the group text and everything they are saying, but no one is receiving mine!
I chatted with Samsung customer service for 45 mins. This is def a T-Mobile issue. - CrislynndRoaming Rookie

Same issue here. Unfortunately T-Mobile 611 is overwhelmed recently and its going to take forever on hold.

And unfortunately, the rep said it's not something we'd be able to solve ourselves. Have to call in and have them do that reconciliation.which apparently is the last thing they do for this issue but since I told him I did all of the troubleshooting steps already, he skipped ahead.

Same here, Samsung S24 and Galaxy Watch. Texts not going through to Verizon customers, but pictures work.
