connection issues with Franklin T10

hello. I have been experiencing connection problems with my Franklin T10. I only have one device connected and there is hardly any data transmission. I need to check my data usage and I don't know how because I am not a tmobile customer for my regular mobile phone service line. I do not have an account that I'm aware of, and on the invoice I received when paying for the device, only the last digits of the SIM number and the last three digits of the account appear.
